IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING COVID-19

 

Your health and safety has always been of paramount importance to us. We have implemented new health and safety, hygiene and distancing measures. We want our salon to be a place where all our customers feel safe and at ease.

 

We have adhered to all official government guidelines, together with our own safety measures and precautions specific to our salon. These are as follows:

 

•Implemented all new health and safety measures in line with COVID-19 government guidelines.

•Increased social distancing to reduce the number of customers you come in contact with.

•Improved salon layout to minimise close contact.

•All staff wear visors & masks when within 1 metre proximity to clients and frequently apply hand sanitiser.

•Introduction of disposable PPE equipment including masks, towels, gowns, gloves and aprons.

•Hand sanitiser provided in the salon.

•New Sunday opening hours, in order to extend and stagger appointment times.

•Installation of protective screen dividers where necessary.

Before Entering Our Salon

 

•Arrive alone to the salon unless you are accompanying a child to their appointment.

•Please bring your own refreshments as we are unable to supply our usual drinks menu however, we can supply water on request. Please note food is not permitted in the salon.

•Follow social distancing floor markings inside and outside the salon at all times.

•Wait at our stop signs located in the entrances of both salons and a team member will greet you.

•Use hand sanitiser provided by our salon on arrival.

 

Please note government guidelines state that face masks are compulsory.

If you have been in contact with anyone who has COVID-19 symptoms or have experienced them within the last 14 days, please stay at home and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment at a later date. Appointments can be rearranged using our online booking system. Alternatively please call the salon.

 

If you are in a higher risk category, please contact us and we can recommend a quieter time for your visit.
